Lockport Location ID?

I can't figure out where the photographer is standing. I know it's on the north side of the city. Any ideas? Thanks.

He's across the creek from the spot where Gooding St becomes W Jackson St. Both bridges are still there, but I thought the lower one closest to the camera was a bit farther west than that. Van De Mark Chemical is at the corner of Mill and Transit. Looks like Milward Alloys next door still has rail service, or did at the time the Google Maps overhead shot was taken. Anyone have a map of the route the spur the train is on in the picture took?

From the map I posted it seems the photographer is where I've put the red star? Agree?
