EDIT - I found the error and fixed it. I copied the M&U L&L to the O&W listing. The O&W should have been 41.454850, -74.412820 for the TT-only. I'll fix it. Thanks for catching it.
Are you sure you are thinking of the right one? It's listed as NYO&W and is at the southern end of the yard throat before the O&W complex. Up where the 17 is is where the tracks are really going to spread out and form the O&W yard/shop complex. The shops will be to the NW of the 17 on the map.
