Railfanning in the Providence Area

I don't think I will make it to Kingston. I know that I plan to photograph at TG Green Airport station during the pm rush hour. I see that there is open land on the east side of the tracks across from the platform. How is the photo situation there? Any tall fences?

I might ride the Newport & Narragansett RR. Any good photo tips for that?
