I was able to check the Jan. 1930 Guide, which shows 8 weekday round trips by rail (and two on Sundays) between Burlington and Essex Jct., stopping at Winooski, with two continuing to Cambridge Jct. The next Guide I could find was Jan. 1934, which shows all train service gone (except for a daily mixed from Essex Jct. to Cambridge Jct.), and most buses stopping at 137 St. Paul St. in Burlington instead of Union Station. A sidebar question: does anybody know whether the CV operated the buses like the Reading & B&O, or contracted with a bus operator, like the NYS&W?
