There’s no BCLR shop, would they do a mobile repair, with the Hi-Rail?

Got a few updates on the Island Rd/Enviormental Dr line.

A few months ago a developer submitted plans to use almost 55 acres of woods in proximity to the line for a major residential development that would border the railroad beds.
