During its heyday, what railroads (including interurbans) had passenger trains to/thru Indy?
NYC, PRR, Monon, Indiana RR, THI&E...and what others?

I suggest getting yourself a copy of Craig Sanders book "Limiteds, Locals, and Expresses in Indiana, 1838-1971". It covers everything from the big guys to the short lines.
