Coaling tower east of Akron

Post by Hoosier Joe » Tue Oct 28, 2008 7:29 pm

Recently I was traveling on I-76 east of Akron. The interstate went over an old railyard and on the north side was a two track coaling tower. What railroad did this used to be ? Thanks for any answers, Joe

That's Brittain Yard, formerly Northern Ohio / Akron, Canton & Youngstown / Norfolk & Western; now Wheeling & Lake Erie.
