Midwest Steel and Alloy info?

Hey guys,

I was in Youngstown the other day and while photographing the Ohio Central and GMA train, I noticed a little switcher in what looked like a junkyard for frieght cars. It was sandwhiched between CSX and OHCR, so I am assuming it interchanges with one of them.
