I recently came across a token for what looks like the L. & P. R. R.

I cannot find any information regarding this. Its a 15 cent token.

On the token it says L. & P. R. R. Through Ticket

In the center of the token it says: Deposite in Fare Box 15 Cents

Can anyone give me information on this item? I would greatly appreciate it. I'm very curious about it's history. There is no city or state or anything else on there. Its identical on both sides.
