Pennsylvania RR Bridge in Chicago (name question and image)

Here's a shot from a Chicago trip in 2000 of a Union Pacific intermodal coming across the famous former Pennsylvania Railroad lift bridge.

What is the official name of this bridge? Internet searches came up with South Branch Bridge and Canal Street Railroad Bridge.

Another source calls it the "Pennsylvania Railroad Vertical Lift Bridge." See this page:

Yeah thats Alton Junction. IC and NS tracks cross here. You see more UP, Amtrak, and Metra on the NS tracks though.

I've always heard that called 21st street Drawbridge. However, that's recently - it may be Amtrak or NS's name for the bridge.

What year was this bridge built? The design appears circa 1920s.

On the CN the junction is know as 21st Street, controlled by Amtrak's Lumber Street train director.
