I was looking at a how to make realistic scenery for model layouts book at a hobby shop and in the book, they were talking about using topographical maps to plan your layout and it showed Veedersburg, Indiana with two railroads - one was a Norfolk&Western and another was a Pennsylvania along with a statement showing a third railway (the Chicago, Aurora and Southern, abandoned in the late 40s). When did the railroads leave Veedersburg and did Veedersburg have any industries?
