When was the last scheduled steam thru Tuscola IL on the C&EI, B&O and ICRR? Passenger and freight? Or any one of the three... I myself remember the soot and cinders of the IC coal drags going through town in the mid fifties. C&EI was one of the earliest to abandon steam, but not sure when.
