Wandering across the mid west, I just stumbled across a bunch of vintage passenger equipment in Charles City Iowa. Most of it is stainless and appears to be ex-Burlington and now carry various AAR reporting marks. One round ended car has a dome. There's an old Amtrak boxcar and I think there was a second dome in the mix somewhere. Does anyone know why these are here?
