Global Locomotive re-opens old CEECO shops

Locomotive and railcar rebuilder CEECO (Coast Engine and Equipment Company) shut down last summer after 62 years in business, but a new company known as Global Locomotive has set up shop in the old CEECO facility.

Apparently Progress Rail has "leased the CEECO site from Port of Tacoma" for refurbishing some Montana Rail Link locomotives There was a news item about this a few days ago but I can't find it now.
