NJ - Grenloch Branch Rail Trail

The rail trail that was completed in Blackwood New Jersey several years ago has been expanded another mile or so north to Blenheim ending at Almondeson Road. There is another completed section in Runnemede. They are working on plans to connect the two segments and eventually going to Bellmawr where the Grenloch Branch becomes active.

The state of New Jersey approved $500,000 for new walking trails for four South Jersey towns. Gloucester Township will add 750 feet on to the Grenloch Branch trail from Lakeland Avenue to Woodland Avenue just before Grenloch. They just need under one mile to complete the trail. I believe they still need to add on in Runnemede under the turnpike to finish the entire trail now.
