From the Federal Railroad Administration

On average, two people are killed or injured trespassing on railroad property every day in the United States. #Trespassing can be dangerous, and it’s illegal. Stay off railroad tracks. #RailRoadTrespassing #RailSafety

Gotta love this. It would appear that the FRA hired someone for $45.95 to design a logo in response to the 2x/day deaths from trespassing.

Contrast that with PTC, which is designed to prevent fatalities resulting from train-on-train accidents, which in a year generally do not equal a week's worth of trespasser deaths. $15,000,000,000 of unfunded mandate.

Got to love how those dudes thing. I think I'ma go work for the FRA.
