While not active at this site of late, I learned from reviewing another site that Alan Burden, who posted here under the screenname AlanB, passed away at the age of 57.

It appears that he resided within New York City, was reportedly traveling on #19(11), Crescent, with several friends and his Mother, when he became ill, was removed from the train at York AL, transported, and deceased at a hospital. The reported cause was a "heart attack".

I guess if riding trains was a "passion", if you have to go, what away to do so.
