Any help on locations where one can photograph NYA power on a regular basis? Can one shoot at Fresh Pond? Does the NYA still keep units at Long Island City and if so can they be photographed.

nothing in LIC these days. head to fresh pond, look around maspeth too, I've seen them working there many an afternoon...

You can catch the RS-40 between LIC (Bliss) and Maspeth in the afternoon most weekdays.
