Believe both LIRR and MN are doing that screening now.
Not sure of the NYCTA or the bus drivers.

It would be beneficial if every employee were screened. The difference in alertness is substantial. Anyone who works around the ROW and has sleep apnea is at risk of injury.

I’m assuming running over LIRR joint use territory is a big part of this and LIRR medical/health Dept doesn’t handle NYAR employee physicals.
