I was wondering when New York Atlantic Freight Trains Run Through Mineola LIRR Station.

NYAR At Mineola

As needed headed to points east and back west, when the LIRR gives them a window.
Searching for the eagles of the XVII,XVIII & XIX Legions in Germania.
The RS 40 goes eastbound through Mineola at 10:00am
Upon return RS 41 westbound which goes through Mineola between 1:00pm and 3:30pm.
Between 9:00-10:00pm the RS 80 heads eastbound.
After 10:00pm the RS 51 goes through Mineola usually after LIRR train 563 stops in Mineola and heads west.
Later at night the RS 50 heads east between 1:30-3:00am.
At or around the same time the RS 81 heads west between 1:30-3:30am.
This is what I know as of right now as this may change depending on when the LIRR gives NYA the signal. Hope this helps.
