Passing by NYNJRR at 65th Street Yard lst night, there was a string of six RAIX (Union Carbide) covered hoppers. Plastic pellets I assume. NY&A picked them up last night. Any idea as to where they might be going?

Could it be Favorite Plastics in Brooklyn? AMCO in Farmingdale and Allied Extruders near Blissville have both closed. There are not many places on the NY&A left that would receive plastic pellets if that is what is inside the 6 RAIX cov hops. Anyone else have ideas?
Only other thought is transload somewhere. Brookhaven? Pretty sure the glass recycler in richmond hill is using CSX cars.
Possibly Eastern Fence the sole consignee in Calverton? Those cars tend to come through NYNJ.
