Transit and tranport policy has been absent as a national issue in this campaign.
Even in areas where transportation policy is a major concern (like the Philly suburbs), nobody's running on a strong pro- or anti- policy. Fixing Septa should be a major priority, but it doesn't seem to be very visible.
Here in NJ, projects like MOM (the railroad expansion, not mother) isn't on anybody's plank.
