The september issue of railpace has an excellent article on the reactivation of the sirr and rvrr.It states a september start up date.perhaps they have better information then my contacts in the county but activation will not ocurr cannot ocurr before and until the strenghtening of the bridge over the northeast corridor.Until that is done it cannot run.
