One of the diesels is NJT #4105....

Perhaps, I shouldn't have posted this here, but on Friday the 4300 took about 10 flat cars of concrete ties east at around the same time. Maybe NJT is finishing up track 1 west/east of Chatham? I know the TVM is back.

The concrete ties are probably being delivered to Port Morris by NS and forwarded by NJT to somewhere closer to where the TLM is now working, on the east end of the Bergen County Line.
