Drove by the shops tonight and all the NJT CV's that have been getting warranty work are gone as is the trailer that Alstrom was using as an office. Don't know for sure but it sure looks like they're either done or transitioning to another stage of the project. Still a few containers on the ground in the trailer area so they're not completely gone.
M&E 21 was shoved to the end of track 4 alongside the green enginehouse extension. 20 was outside on track 2. Could only see the 'critter' inside on 1 so don't know where 18 was.
