SIRR Questions?

I'm not too familiar with the SIRR, can someone tell me if there are any good photo locations on this line? What frequency will they be using, and when will trains officially roll? thanks!
ps-i never hear the m&e talking on their road channel anymore..what happened?

I don't know about the first question.

Maybe the M&E went to digital radio's? I know that Finger Lakes uses them over there lines. They only use a railroad radio when there contacting CSX or NS dispatchers or if there outher radio's battrie should die out on them.
