Conesus Lake Junction -unique S2 horn

I have some video of the Rochester to Lakeville road freight from the fall. I happened to catch ta meet with the Livonia local at Conesus Lake Junction. \

The number 72 (RS1?) had a really unique horn. He used a very low tone when they were passing, almost like an old car horn. Does anyone know what this is?

That would be an S2 with a Hancock air whistle and a Nathan P3.
