These links show pictures of Soyuz rockets being rolled out to the launchpad, at Baikonur Cosmodrome (the Russian equivalent of NASA's Cape Canaveral).
While NASA moves it's rockets on a crawler , which has treads from a huge piece of strip mining equipment, Russia moves it's rockets on rails. I believe the locomotive is classed as a TM-3.
