Friday Sept 4 marked the 3rd grain train in about a week to medina. CSX #7340 & #9042 headed East passed JCT Rd around 0930. Below is a link to a view of the train on the trestle in Lockport.

They should be long gone by now, it only takes about 24 hours for the unloading process, maybe even less than that

Number 4 came in Thur. night and went back Friday 9/11.
The local went east thru Medina just before 5 pm.

Hearing rumblings of a grain train today or Monday to Medina.

Anyone care to confirm, It would make a nice chase

Train is at Medina, but it does not appear they are unloading it yet. I could see the power from a distance, but could not telll what it is.

The last couple grain trains have had BNSF power.

Power went lite from Medina to Lockport around 1300. It was a pair of CSX big GE's. The power was still sitting in the yard in Lockport in the late afternoon.

This would lead me to believe it will take a couple days to unload it and another lite power move will be required to retrieve the train from Medina.
