Here is recent photos I took of the "olive oil" train that made a run up to Rome on Jan 10,2008.

It is difficult to get pictures as there very little off road parking i.e. shoulders. The train runs at least twice a week.
TOP PIC: Train at the CSX interchange waiting for clearance.
MIDDLE PICTURE: Train switching at the plant.
BOTTOM PIC: More switching before taking empties back to Utica.

I caught this train on a Thursday. I believe they run to Rome twice a week. Try Tues and Thursday.

While at Griffis yesterday, I noticed loco USAF#1670. Was just wondering what type of loco make/model this is? Also looking to find out what year it was built, originally for what railroad, and what it is currently used for? Thanks
