Does any one know where I can find maintenance and operations manuals for Budd RDC cars?

Try to write to a Museum that has RDC's and have them copy the manuals., air diagrams and electricals are all different since just about any car out there has been rebuilt.
If Conductors are in charge, why are they promoted to be Engineer???
