I have a two seat railroad vehicle that has rail rod 11 marked on it. the little vehicle seats two persons and appears to have been made to get to service crews and the like. i would quess that this vehicle is from the 80's. i know nothing about railroad things or their values. does anyone have an idea as to what this is worth and would share with me? thanks.

I don't believe that these types of vehicles were used much, if at all, by railroads. They likely have little value as there is no practical and legal use for them to my knowledge.
