You'd need to create a member ID and search the file library for "Silverliner" if you're interested in this for running in OpenRails. It's not going to work in your Densha game.

If you want to build a model in Blender, that's probably your best option for something that goes into the more mainstream game platforms like ORTS, Railworks, or Trainz.
Thank you for telling me but i'll try to see if I get someone to make one in unity 2018.4.6

Alright I found the file of the mizuma 1000 series Bogies and now I need a body of Silverliner 5 and the bogie was made in Unity 2018.4.6. Is anyone willing to make the body shell of a silverliner 5? and I'm also willing to pay as well.

Alright Everyone I'll be switching to Pioneer iii since it will be better off to do to modify the mizuma into a pioneer iii since the bogies and panto are ready but the only thing that I still need is a body shell of Pioneer iii if anyone has one available for me to use.

Alright who is willing to help me make a Pioneer III/Silverliner I for Densha De D Shiningstage and also I don't need anything for the interior since all of the trains in that game don't need anything inside and here are examples like this train the Tokyu 8500 Series.

Is anyone willing to remodel the Tokyu 8500 series into a Pioneer III/Silverliner I?

Sounds like a big no.

You might want to learn 3D modeling if this is so important to you, or find another forum where there are people able to do what you're asking for.
