Anyone know where I might find Sanborn maps for New Jersey? Am specifically looking for Port Reading, Woodbridge, Perth Amboy, Edison and Metuchen. Also, any info on the Camp Kilmer operations and the towers supporting Camp Kilmer, "Valley" on the LV located in Metuchen and "SN" ...
Yes, this is the Chatsworth derailment............................
Is the original track still in place between Perth Amboy and Raritan Junction? Is the original track also in place from Raritan Junction to Raritan Center? Also, I have not been to Perth Amboy for quite a few years, but there used to be an interesting chemical plant that was serviced by the LV that ...
Saw RPRX 2001 Green Goat northbound as trailing unit of CSX freight at North Bergen today at about 3 PM, Friday, October 29th.

Any comments out there on the new TM? Noticed dynamics on the CNJ units, which they did not have. Also, do all of the models have steam generators? Also, is it just me, or are those Critters out of scale?
If you go down Jackson Avenue, off Amboy Road, you will come upon the old Perth Amboy main. To the left was a large ceramics plant (shown as "Ceramics" in the timetable) that had an elevated trestle between the buildings. To the right is a current warehouse, where I used to work, that stil...
Are any of the other structures at Port Reading due to be torn down? Any idea what is going to be done there?
