Awhile back, I saw a photo on here of an Arrow III with the 1.21 gigawatts sticker, but after countless searches cannot find it. Does anybody here know which Arrow has that sticker? Thanks

Didn't NJT run a train to Flemington in the '80s on some sort of excursion? I know I have a picture of a F40 at Liberty Village.

Thanks NS for pointing that out. Totally missed that post somehow...
Did anyone confirm that these SD60s are being purchased by the NYSW or will they be under a long-term lease? I went back on all the pages on this, and saw there was speculation that these units may be leased rather than purchased; or did I miss something?
Yeah, well it clearly states in the rules not to mention specifics with people involved in any issues. Instead, twice you mention the train number of the crew you have a gripe with.
Thanks Rudy for the info, would there be any chance of you posting your dad's photos on your site?
Regarding the URHS equipment, I know EL 3372 was stored on the ME, but don't know if they ran it during its storage time. Same could be said for CNJ 1524.
And dutch, yea it makes sense to rebuild the horn that was on the units, but if they aren't want NYSW wants then i guess they could be getting new horns. NYSW has K5's on almost all there rebuilt dash 2's and the 45's. In that one pic it looks like a 3 chime on the long hood. Its a wait and see wha...
Rudy, do you have photos of those engines on the ME? I've seen the F7s, but not the others. Also, I think the museum also operated the E8s (834 and 835) around the same time as the F7s. You're roster is really shaping up nicely. I really like the older photos and hope to see more. Thanks for putting...
Rudy, here's a link of the 7000 being stored at the shops in what appears to be right after its retirement from NJT, and before heading down to Ringoes for restoration. http://rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1098349 Also, it appears ME did work on multiple units for Panther Valley. Did the...
Rudy, would you happen to have any information on the Panther Valley? Their GE's were frequently at the Morristown facility in the '80s. Would you also happen to know about the BAR F3 they had stored on their property? That became one of the CNJ F3s that was for years in Jim Thorpe and recently rest...
So essentially he is resurrecting the idea of the proposed NJT commuter service on the NYSW that's been dead for a decade.
Rudy, your page is stunning. Thank you for posting a roster, and you did a fantastic job with it. At some point do you plan on adding the early equipment like the steam engines and railbus, or do you plan on keeping it at the starting point of '67?
I'd love to have a random lottery where complaints are picked and the person who filed it gets to try and run the railroad for a week. If they crack or give up, they are banned from riding for 2 months. I know this is meant to be a joke or some comic relief (at least I hope), but this absurd idea w...
beanbag, You are missing a key point on the '44s. Remember the original delivery of the '44s, and also noted here as the best runners of the bunch, haven't undergone any rebuilding since their delivery. That's over 20 years, and there's just no way the majority of those engines would be reliable in ...
