After reading a few posts I noticed that it was a three chime horn used on the Shoreliner I's. After looking a few photos the look like two chime horns. Also what kind of covering is used on the horns?

B40-8s had NS K5HR24s?
Right, the George Clinton always had a blue window band. However, the cars that didn't keep their names had the blue logo on them directly under the band. The High Tor had the logo in th eband and the logo was blue. I'm still uncertain if the George Clinton's logo was white when it still was on WOH.

The coach that looks "higher or with the small windows" is one of those SLE HEP coaches, right? Do they still use the HEP?
