The F40s seemed rare on the NJCL, and then they are everywhere. Steady rotation of everything. Even 4219 is back, with its awful horn.

I feel like this whole thing is going to end up a non story and people are just making wild speculations. I would think these are just going to end up as normal multilevel coaches. Really makes the most sense, and is the most practical; I think.

Supposedly 487 is getting scrapped. Too bad, since I believe that was the only remaining FL9 (except 484, 488, and 489) that still had a chance to run again since ME purchased them.
