Rapido has announced that they will be producing Comet commuter cars in most of the same road names as the original Walthers cars, plus AMT. (At least) one AC Line train was running with two engines Wednesday. Train 4615 had 4206 and 4209. The same train went north as train 4620 . Since I couldn't get a decent photo of 4609 from the Platform, I went to Westfield Ave in Pennsauken to get a better view . Thanks Bob. That's a lot of ponies...

That would make sense since the NJT PTC crisis seems to be over. Did any one of them turn a mile in NJT service, revenue or otherwise?

As noted, despite what we might think is "free advertising", many railroads are very protective of their service marks or trademarks. I always thought that SEPTA was a little less restrictive than some of the other agencies and seems to work with Bachmann more openly than other manufacture...

The next phase of US 422 reconstruction was just on the news yesterday. This will further restrict travel over the next several years and by the time it's all done, they will need to start over. Maybe they are finally getting serious about restoring rail service to Pottstown and hopefully beyond.
