Is the damage to the bridge confirmed? If you recall, the path that the storm tracked actually blew water away from the Cape and there was very little to no flooding south of Atlantic City.

Do the F40's still run in Notch 8 in work train service? I thought that was for HEP purposes only, and didn't NJT replace all of the HEP gear with CAT gensets anyway ( now removed I believe ) for HEP power?

I would say better visibility and easier to climb onto and off of for starters.

The bridge was serviceable when the line went out of service. Not sure if it's been operated occasionally or not but as long as nothing has run into it, routine maintenance should be all that's required.

Everyone, Since SEPTA is running such a barebones schedule, the Pennsylvania Northeastern has been running it's W230 train from Warminster to Lansdale in the daylight, usually reaching North Wales in between 3-4. Horns through Roslyn at 1:06, definitely not Silverliners, sounded like a push/pull set.
