I don't think there are any restrictions if it's public knowledge and could be gathered by observation, just if it's reprinted from copyrighted material verbatim, such as somebody's book. I'm not sure even if timetables are copyrighted or in the public domain, including employee timetables. Probably...

Just curious, since the Empire service departs from Penn Station, is it pulled by electric locomotives for a bit using overhead? If so, where would a change be made to diesel? There was another thread about this connection, I believe with some track maps and photos, and I was able to trace the line ...
