In my opinion, you can't get better than the Railroad Museum of PA, the Strasburg Railroad, and Amtrak's Keystone Corridor's last grade crossing at Irishtown Road (if it's still open, that is). The Hershey Highmeadow Campground borders the NS Harrisburg Line main, separated only by a fence. Can't get much better than that if you're a railfan!
