That piece of track was a privet railroad and wasn't owned by the Reading nor Conrail. It is own by the Wolf Berra Mines .

The cars have been sitting there since 1988 . I was over to Belvidere, NJ. last Tuesday to see them. To check the heritage of the Conrail Coal car all you have to do is look at the wheel trucks or the side card that's painted on the side of the car.
