What is a fiber optic train?
The later they start, the better it will be for my ability to observe :D
Lol well that definitely had nothing to do with the DNS settings :D
Note: this problem is still ongoing. The MX and TXT records for 'railroad.net' are pointing to zoho.com but the email themselves are coming form amazon aws. Hence no matter how many times you mark the mail as 'not junk', it's always going to get marked as junk because the DNS records are specificall...
I'm seeing lots of bundles of ties up and down the Lowell Line. Anyone know when they're going to be doing this tie replacement? And where exactly? Obviously where I saw ties, but it's a big line.
I'm hoping they don't start till spring so i might get out and see some work being done.
Cool. Sadly for me I don't get out much in the winter to watch/film them. Hopefully they're still running on the lowell line once the weather starts to warm up!
How often do they even raise the bridge? I've seen what looks like preparation to do so, but never actually saw it raise. Oh yeah those bridges go up and down constantly. Neat, does anyone know who originally put it there and why? And how long it was there before they got rid of it?
A million years later, what ever happened to this thing? I live a few miles away and it would be cool to have in my yard. Maybe use it as a real shed but have it be a caboose. I discovered this while driving for work back in maybe 2001 give or take. You could see it right in someone's back yard and ...
The problem is still ongoing.
Ok. What is the deal with the old Spaulding building? Is it being knocked down? Is it being sold or leased? It's sitting there like a tall ghost town right now
You guys ever see those trains in Europe that are able to drive through a special device that changes the gauge of the wheels while the train is moving, to go from one country to another! crazy!
