Just so you know, these boxcars like other cars marked for GVT roads can be found anywhere on the North American railroad system. These specific cars just happen to be in this pool.

From what I can deduce (as in not based on field observation) all but three? (the two Demos and one other) are in service. I could be wrong however since I've not been to the Cohocton shops in a long while.

I think Otto meant from 79 to 110. The current Amtrak GE Diesel Fleet is capable of these speeds already. It's in track and signaling that upgrades must be made.
