2201 was holding down Geneva yard duty today viewed from 20&5.Dead line pretty much the same B23-7's 2307and2300 U23B 2280 B23-7's 2303&2301 GP9's 1701&1703. A lot of tanks in the yard "new customer" perhaps don't know that's all.
And 43 is now WNY&P 643. Railfan.net info.
She's in the old Lackawanna half of Elmira yard behind two other engines as of an hour ago.
NICE! Thanks for that vid. NICE!
Just passed Cedar street Southport. Now Blowing for Coffee's in Ashland.
That's why I decided not too chase. Matt glade your all right, scary stuff there. Hopefully everyone that chased is all right and made it home safe.
This was a lot of fun. First off I'd like to thank the guy with the pick up whom I met that was nice enough to let me my brother and my nephew hang out at his truck to catch the 765 coming into Corning. Most Fan's I meet are well kind of for a better word jerks which is why I fan alone mostly. But y...
After spending sometime with the 765, Alco's awaited. Went out to Olean yesterday nothing running that I saw tanks lined up and down the Erie. At the shop ( Viewed from public property) was M636's 85 & 43 next in line on the next track was C430's 431 & 430 ( the one I wanted couldn't get :( ...
I would like to know if people will be aloud in to GangMills yard.
John is it the Allentown & Auburn like Railpace hot news said it was that was trying to save this unit at like $60k or is someone else. $60k seems like a lot though may that have been a typo. I had but this in the ALCO transaction forum but no one said anything so I guess I was just wondering on...
Hey Matt I think I saw your 66N you asked about a page back on my way into work yesterday don't know for sure though but all I saw was tanks heading west taking on fuel behind Walmart. I hope this is the right train their are a lot of tanks on the old ERIE now a day's but not in long cuts like this....
Yeah if it's gone already wouldn't surprise me none. NS doesn't like leaveing stuff like that around for long. Last 310 had an 80MAC 90MAC duo gone less then a day oh well so's life on the old ERIE.
Just sitting Matt they park trains there all the time before pulling down into the yard.
The NW ES44AC is in Horseheads NY on the big curve my dad just told me.
