NAS Willow Grove has been closed for over 10 years. The northern end of the base is a Air Force Raptor site with all the satellite dishes and military security that goes with it.
The main portion of the base just sits still in time due since it is a super fund site

Great article in Inquirer regarding another 14 ML dumped on the Key card implementation.
Original coat target 122.2 ML now 207.7ml, other shoe is that another 4ML will come in the spring as an unanticipated expense PER THE WEB SITE OF THE VENDOR!!!!!

INQUIRER reports 85% reduction in rail travel, with funding in limbo. Turnpike revenue is down and bond payments are due in Jan with not enough funds to pay for them.
