Night time is very good for railfanning at Berea. Its busy during the mornings too. Afternoons can be sort of hit or miss.

It was a group of units that were sold to PRLX and it was headed to Bellevue.

Does anyone know what the schedule of trains was in the 80s and 90s of the International Bridge compared to the present day. The bridge I’m referring to is the one that crosses between Fort Erie and Black Rock.

The NS mainline is definitely busier than CSX but the best spot is Berea! Both lines parallel each other for about 1/2 mile or so. This is one of the best hotspots on the eastern half of the country.

Last night on I-190 I saw a local with two switchers going across Sawyer Avenue in Tonawanda. What train was this and what kind of activity occurs around Kenmore Yard now?
