423 has been in service for awhile, it was running on the Rock Island since coming out of overhaul. It was just returned to the MILW earlier this week.

423 is at KYD getting repainted.

98 has never run yet, and 99 runs about once a week and breaks down.

^The HEP inverters are a real pain to fix in Metra's MP36's. They are always having issues, always have. Good luck with that!
