I think i saw this train in Magog a few days ago. There was three engines, two red barns and one leased locomotive.

Are the tracks between Whitfield and Littleton still in service? Is this ROW owned by the state?

There is a large Lime mine at the end of the line. I have herd that when mm&a stopped service on the line the lime company had to slow down production at the stanbridge mine and increase it at other mines that they own. After looking at Frank's pictures I noticed that the new side walk looked different were the tracks would cross the road. So I drove out to Farnham to see for my self. Thanks for the info. In the last few years did CV have a yard in Richford or did they use the CP yard on the other side of the river?

When the Richford branch was abondoned, was it still owned by CV or had the state bought it? Also why was it abandoned? Seems to me it would be handy to have that line in use.

I have been spending some time lately around Coaticook, Quebec. What kind of schedule dose SLR/SLQ have. How often dose a south bound leave Sherbrooke or one come up from the states.
