Interesting thing I once saw a trainmaster talking to the ticket agent at Davis Street and the TM said something about how the yellow jackets with reflective tape were not worth a damn in cold weather. Wonder how much supervision/authority Trainmasters have over the agents? Thanks.
Found out that the ticket office at Ogilvie now closes at 11:00 at night instead of at 12:40 when the final UP west line train leaves. Not sure if the Ventrure app has anything to do with that?
